The perforated stainless steel tray is designed for washing and drying (draining) kitchen equipment, food and non-food products in trade, food industry and catering. The design of the tray provides for its installation on the sink, without touching the bottom. Handles can be provided in the walls of the tray for easy installation and handling. The frequency and shape of the perforations are selected depending on the load (weight of the product) and the type of product being processed.
