Barbecue professional is designed for cooking over an open fire in restaurants, bars, cafes and other similar establishments. For the manufacture of the main working elements of professional braziers are used alloys of metals with a high degree of hardness, strength, heat resistance and wear resistance. Most often, the structural elements of the brazier are made of stainless steel, practically not subject to corrosion and able to serve for more than a dozen years.
A distinctive feature of professional braziers is their versatility and thoughtful design to the smallest detail. Such barbecues are created mainly for stationary placement, although this does not exclude the presence of a collapsible structure for easy transportation to the place of permanent placement, the brazier can also be mounted on wheels. Many useful devices and additional elements, such as: removable or folding shelves or tables, add-ons with removable guides for skewers or grids, frying grates, grease collector, ash container and so on. Often, professional barbecues are made with a canopy or an umbrella-chimney.
