Salad bar is an advantageous solution for a dining room, restaurant or other catering, which practices a form of service such as a buffet. It is used for presentation of food, as well as, its sale. This equipment allows customers to view the offered dishes with the most convenient foreshortenings, and also, without any problems, to purchase the food you like.
Salad bar is a kind of a show-window, which enters the distribution line. The material of manufacture is AISI 430 stainless steel or carbon steel with a powder coating ("economy" option). It is possible to perform with or without special guides for serving dishes of visitors. The length of the product varies from 1m to 1.8m. The width is 0,7-1 m. The height is 0,85-0,9 m. The photo shows a salad bar for 12 gastronorms 1/4 and 1/6. According to the requirements of the customer, it is possible to perform under any size gastronorm. This equipment has stable legs with rubberized tips that do not leave scratches on the floor.
